and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our messaging aligns with overall marketing objectives and public relations efforts.
Duties
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn . Tik Tok
Create engaging content tailored to each platform that resonates with our target audience.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to comments and messages.
Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all communications.
Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply to social media communications.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas that align with brand values.
