Job Purpose:





To support predominantly on the management of both the Amazon Vendor & Seller platforms - plus other marketplace platforms in the future. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your digital account management skills and would suit an individual who enjoys responsibility, has a strong personality and drive to achieve results.





Main Duties*:



The range of duties of a Marketplace Executive is wide and will be expected to include:



SKU Optimisation & Product Management

: Collaborate with wider marketplace to optimise our product offering through product page content management, collaborating internally and with external stakeholders.

Marketing Collaboration

: Liaising with the marketing team to ensure all assets are ready for launch, including specific Amazon briefs and aligning goals to maximise sales.

Marketplace Expansion & Management

: Responsible for the onboarding of new marketplaces to the Rayware portfolio (Seller Central, Ebay, Temu etc.) with day-to-day account management responsibilities for these marketplaces.

Store & Content Management

: Ownership and continuous improvement of branded stores and pages.

Internal Performance Reporting

: Conducting weekly internal sales & P+L reporting.

Promotional Calendars

: Supporting the creation and implementation of the promotional calendar to maximise performance.

P&L Management

: P&L management of all expansion marketplaces with support from Head of Marketplace. Identify opportunities to increase revenue performance whilst driving cost-saving initiatives to maximise contribution.

Marketplace Ads Support

: Supporting marketplace ads to maximise sales potential and ROI.

Analytics Utilisation

: Utilising analytics tools to maximise growth opportunities through in-depth analysis of existing ranges and new products.

Relationship Building

: Supporting the building of relationships to ensure smooth account-related activities both throughout the wider Rayware business and with external stakeholders.

Market Awareness

: Maintaining high awareness of market and competitor activity, customer trends, and providing feedback to relevant team members.

Continuous Learning

: Actively investing time in learning and developing marketplace skills through webinars, podcasts, forums, etc., to stay updated with marketplace changes and maximize potential.

Have good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint (E)

Experience




This is the proven record of experience and achievement in a field, profession or specialism. This could include a minimum period of

experience in a defined area of work (take care to ensure period stated is appropriate and not unnecessarily excessive).


2+ years' experience within an ecommerce role (E)

Have hands on experience managing Amazon marketplaces(D)

Previous experience working on marketplaces other than Amazon e.g. eBay (D)



Previous experience of SEO optimisation (D)

Previous experience in homewares or consumer goods(D)





Qualifications
