SharkNinja Marketplace Manager
Location: Battersea (Hybrid - typically 3 days per week)
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the SharkNinja Partner Programme across the UK and EMEA. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Strategic Sales, Legal, and other departments to ensure internal and external compliance with the Programme, and ultimately that distribution and allocation strategy is executed in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess partner applications against defined programme criteria across the UK, France, Germany, and wider EMEA region

• Lead unauthorized 3rd party mitigation efforts, ensuring selling of SharkNinja products only by approved partners

• Oversee and manage all communications regarding SharkNinja Partner Programme, including programme-specific mailboxes

• Maintain clear and accurate records of application decisions, unauthorized 3rd party enforcement measures, and other actions

• Measure and analyse application approval rates, takedown tactic effectiveness, and other KPIs, with ability to communicate key findings to senior management-level stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with the Legal team to ensure consistent handling of complex or sensitive matters

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the programme

• Ensure all programme activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements; escalate any compliance concerns as appropriate

Your Profile:

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems

• Growth mindset - ability to build programme reach and functionality with low oversight

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience preparing structured reports and working with data to inform decision-making

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across functions, particularly with Legal and Commercial teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with workflow or case management systems a plus
