About the Role
As our
Marketplace Account Manager
, you'll be the strategic lead for our Amazon channel, driving growth, optimising performance whilst understanding the relevant compliances processes and ensuring seamless operations across
Vendor Central
in addition to driving sales across all other relevant marketplace channels such as Ebay and Allegro.
You'll be responsible for everything from campaign creation and product listings to performance analysis and long-term planning. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues in content, marketing, finance, customer success, and supply chain.
Key responsibilities include
:
Setting and delivering a European Marketplace strategy
Planning and executing high-performing paid campaigns and branded content
Optimising product listings and maintaining Marketplace best practices
Analysing data to report on KPIs, ROI, and forecast sales
Coordinating product launches and stock levels
Exploring growth opportunities, including new marketplaces and logistics improvements
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Proven experience in
e-commerce
, ideally within marketplace channels
Strong skills in
data analysis
and performance metrics interpretation
Solid
commercial acumen
and business awareness
Proficiency with tools like
Google Analytics

HubSpot
, or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence
A collaborative and detail-focused approach
A proactive mindset, eager to learn and take ownership of systems and processes

Leadership experience or managing teams within Amazon operations
