other brands succeed on marketplaces

, offering expertise in product feed management, integration, and optimisation.

We are now looking for a

Marketplace Technical Integrations Trainee

to join our team. This role is designed for someone with strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, who wants to build a career in marketplace operations and data integrations. A degree in Computer Science or a related field would be an advantage, but it is not essential.

Training & Development

This role includes a

structured 12-month training program

designed to:

Provide a full understanding of our systems, datasets, and workflows. Develop practical skills in creating and managing

marketplace product feeds

(via Channable and other tools). Teach how to structure, transform, and enrich product data for international marketplaces. Build the capability to troubleshoot, resolve listing errors, and manage product content at scale.
You will receive quarterly reviews during your contract.

If by the 6th or 9th month review you can demonstrate that you can confidently manage marketplace integrations with little to no support, we may offer a permanent role early to an outstanding candidate. Otherwise, if you successfully complete the full program and achieve the expected standard by the 12-month point, you will be strongly considered for a permanent position in the technical team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to expand and optimise product listing coverage across UK and European marketplaces. Work closely with the content team to ensure essential product information is available and correctly structured for marketplace requirements (including foreign languages, sizes, and colour attributes). Develop and manage product data feeds for automation through

Channable

and similar rule-based software. Apply technical expertise to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve listing errors or rejections. Support new brand integrations onto our marketplace ecosystem. Analyse data to make improvements in product visibility, compliance, and sales performance.

Skills & Qualifications

An understanding of

data mapping

and data transformation. Proficiency in

Excel (advanced formulas and functions)

. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply rules effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Knowledge of Channable, feed management, or marketplace integrations is highly desirable (but not essential, as full training is provided). A degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage but not a requirement.
