Job Details

Positions available

: Crew Director/Rigger/Warehouse Operative

Location

: Based at our warehouse in Norbiton (next door to the train station).

Pay

: Starting at 12-18 per hour (based on experience).

Type

: Flexible working arrangements available (part-time, full-time, seasonal).

Your Responsibilities

Assist with the installation and dismantling of stretch tents at various locations across the UK. Ensure safe, efficient loading and unloading of equipment. Provide excellent customer service onsite. Support warehouse operations when not in the field.

Physical fitness and stamina

: This is a hands-on, physically demanding role.

Outdoor enthusiasm

: Comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Team player mentality

: Able to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly.

Reliability and work ethic

: Punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering high standards.

Driving license

: A full clean UK driving license is preferable. (Van-driving/forklift/telehandler experience is a bonus!)
Previous experience in rigging, event setups, construction, landscaping, or other physically demanding roles is highly valued but not essential. We'll also provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel.
