We are seeking a passionate and skilled Martial Arts Instructor to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts and a desire to educate and inspire students of all ages. As a Martial Arts Instructor, you will play a crucial role in developing students' life skills, confidence, and discipline through structured training programmes.
Duties
Conduct engaging martial arts classes for students of various skill levels, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Educate students on techniques, forms, and the philosophy behind martial arts.
Develop lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students while promoting overall group cohesion.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Maintain a safe and organised training area, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
Foster a sense of community among students by encouraging teamwork and respect.
Participate in promotional events and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of martial arts training.
Experience
Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Previous experience working with children or youth is an advantage.
A commitment to continuous personal development within the field of martial arts.
