We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced
Martial Arts / Karate Coach
to lead an after-school
Martial Arts Club
at a primary school in
Worcester
. This role provides children with the chance to improve their fitness, coordination, and focus while learning discipline, respect, and confidence through martial arts in a positive and supportive setting.
The club runs
Fridays, 3:30pm - 4:30pm (1 hour per week).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise small groups of primary-aged children in engaging martial arts sessions.
Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate lessons that build strength, balance, focus, and self-discipline.
Encourage teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment while developing key physical and mental skills.
Communicate clearly with parents and school staff about children's progress and participation.
Ensure all spaces and equipment are safe, organised, and ready for each session.
Experience & Skills
Experience teaching martial arts, karate, or other physical activities to children in schools or clubs.
Ability to motivate and engage children in a structured, enjoyable, and inclusive way.
Strong English communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
Relevant martial arts coaching qualifications or experience are highly desirable.

Pay: 35.00 per hour
