Job Title: MASH Admin

Department: Social Services/Children's Services

Reports to: MASH Team Manager

Main Purpose:

- Provide administrative support to the MASH team

- Ensure efficient and effective processing of referrals and information sharing

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process referrals, ensuring timely and accurate data entry

2. Manage and maintain MASH records, databases, and files

3. Provide administrative support to MASH team members

4. Ensure effective communication with partner agencies

5. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to information sharing protocols

6. Support the MASH team with data analysis and reporting

7. Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

- Excellent administrative and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

- Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and protocols

- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills

Desirable Criteria:

- Experience working in a MASH or similar environment

- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures

- Experience with database management and data analysis
