full training will be provided

The Masking Operator will receive comprehensive in-house training in all aspects of masking for painting and anodising. Full competency may take up to one year to achieve, requiring dedication and patience throughout the training process.
Masking Operator Key Responsibilities:
Produce components in line with delivery requirements against agreed schedules & cost
Complete Job cards with all relevant details of process carried out
Clean and maintain work areas
Report equipment faults to maintenance staff
Record & maintain work related data
Pack goods, with protective materials
Support team members as a part of team development and/or induction
Contribute to continuous improvement activities
Contribute to plans and forecasts within the work area
Masking Operator Skills & Behaviours:
Must have a steady hand and keen eye for detail
Collaborative attitude within the team
Proactive with good time management
Display a positive attitude and be resilient to setbacks
Good written and verbal communication

Full time, permanent contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Once fully trained, you'll move onto a two-shift rotation, covering early and backshifts
