From hourly space we have tackled projects on high profile buildings from North of Edinburgh to Plymouth. We have pioneered several restoration technologies, including one which we now think is the only one of its kind available in the European market. It is our company policy that all of our people are multiskilled: in addition to the three basic cleaning technologies, we now train people in the various methods of pointing, stone restoration and stone replacement. Because of the wide range of skills required we spend significant sums of money on training. Our approach is working, and we now have an order book that is stretching into 2023. We now seeking to add to our existing team and are looking for people with some experience of the construction industry, are in robust health, have a basic CSCS card, confident about working at height and are seeking a job that presents new and original challenges virtually every day. 28 days paid holiday (eight statutory), pension fund, all required PPE, uniform and fundamental training qualifications e.g. Asbestos Awareness, IPAF, PASMA, First-aid as well as Heritage CSCS and a number of our people are now looking to obtain an NVQ in Facade Restoration.
