Massage Studio Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Studio Supervisor to help ensure the smooth daily operation of our massage & facial studio. This role combines admin support, therapist supervising and hands-on massage & holistic treatment work.

You'll also assist with maintaining excellent client communication, and ensuring a calm, professional environment for both staff and clients.

This requires someone confident in taking initiative, communicating clearly with the team, and keeping the day to day running efficiently. Please note: full training will be given to the successful candidate. You will be working closely with the Owner to set up everything needed to fulfil this role successfully. A positive mindset and can-do attitude is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Operations

Make last minute adjustments on rota as needed for holiday/sickness Maintain stock of supplies and place orders when needed Ensure the studio remains clean, welcoming, and professional at all times Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or online platforms Support other therapists with front-of-house tasks such as greeting clients or checking them in when required Assist and help other therapists queries
Massage Therapy (Active Practice)

Perform high-quality massage and holistic treatments as per your schedule Support other massage therapists with in-house training if needed Being qualified in other treatments is also a huge advantage, this may include: Reflexology, pregnancy massage, facials, hot stone, s ports massage, etc.
Skills & Experience

Must be very confident in their massage skill. Trained to a Level 3 (minimum) with at least 2 years experience Excellent organisational and time-management skills Confident (or willing to learn) using booking systems, email, and basic spreadsheets Friendly and professional communication skills with clients and team members Ability to handle minor day-to-day issues independently and escalate when needed

Rota & Pay

Rota scheduled over 4 or 5 days a week, these hours can be flexible for perfect candidate Candidate must be flexible during busier periods (such as when we have new staff or new services that therapists may need training on) Starting pay rate: 13.50-14.50 depending on experience
