This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced female therapist looking to make a meaningful impact whilst building their client base in a supportive, women-focused wellness environment.

Requirements
Recognised massage therapy qualification (ITEC, VTCT, or equivalent)
Professional indemnity insurance
Professional, caring approach with excellent communication skills across diverse communities
Experience in Swedish massage, deep tissue, or other specialist techniques
Weekend availability essential
Commitment to maintaining high standards of client care for both private and community clients
Self-motivated and independent
- able to manage client relationships professionally
Cultural sensitivity and empathy when working with vulnerable groups including refugees
Flexibility to work in various settings (studio, pop-up events, community outreach)
Ideal Candidate
You'll be a massage therapist who thrives in a commission-based environment and is passionate about building long-term client relationships within our Women's Hub. You should be equally comfortable working with private professional clients and supporting vulnerable community members through our outreach programmes.
Previous experience working with diverse communities, refugees, or in community healthcare settings would be highly valued. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to accessible wellness and making a positive impact in the Barking community.
