QUALIFICATIONS

You must possess valid training certified by an industry regulated exam board.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Perform various massage and/or holistic treatments, including massage, facials. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Promote services and products through effective upselling techniques and social media management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Foster strong communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
