Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional care to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, an ability to assess client needs, and a passion for promoting relaxation and well-being.

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss their preferences and any areas of concern. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress while ensuring confidentiality. Provide aftercare advice and recommendations for ongoing wellness practices. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for professional development. Proven experience in various massage techniques is preferred but not essential; new graduates are welcome to apply. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by client demand. A passion for holistic health and wellness practices is highly desirable.
