Act as the primary ambassador for the Massey Ferguson brand across all depots.
Ensure consistent delivery of MF brand standards in sales, marketing, customer experience, and site presentation.
Build strong working relationships with AGCO/MF regional teams, attending brand meetings, launches, and training events.
Develop and execute the annual MF sales strategy aligned with dealership targets and OEM objectives.
Drive new and used machinery sales, ensuring strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer buying patterns to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee pricing, margin management, and deal structuring to maximise profitability.
Build long-term relationships with key farming customers, contractors, and local agricultural businesses.
Support Sales Managers with complex deals, demonstrations, and customer negotiations.
Ensure exceptional customer experience from enquiry to delivery and aftersales follow-up.
Maintain deep technical knowledge of the MF product range, including tractors, hay & forage, loaders, and implements.
Lead product demonstrations, field days, and customer events to showcase MF capabilities.
Train the sales team on new product features, updates, and competitive advantages.
Plan and deliver local marketing campaigns, open days, and digital promotions aligned with MF brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content, case studies, and customer success stories.
Ensure strong visibility of MF across social media, events, and local agricultural networks.
Work closely with Service and Parts Managers to ensure seamless customer support and strong aftersales retention.
Provide feedback to OEM and internal teams on product performance, customer needs, and market gaps.
Support stock planning, machine ordering, and inventory management.
Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and KPI updates for senior leadership and OEM partners.
Ensure compliance with AGCO/MF brand standards, sales processes, and promotional requirements.
Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold data quality standards.

Package & Benefits
Annual Salary: 50,000.00 (dependant on experience, to be discussed in detail at interview stage)
Bonus to be agreed on an annual basis
Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with weekend and additional hours required for shows/working days throughout the year on a rota basis.
