What we're looking for

We're building a dynamic, flexible team who are passionate about making people feel seen, safe, and spoiled. For this role, we're seeking a

fully trained, highly skilled Master Barista

, someone who lives and breathes coffee and takes pride in delivering perfection in every cup.

You must bring

proven experience

in professional coffee-making, mastery of espresso machines, precise milk texturing, and advanced latte art. This is a specialist position, not an entry-level role, and you'll be setting the coffee standard for VanillaCo.

You'll also be part of our close-knit team, working across all areas of the store when needed:

Front of House:

greeting customers, taking orders, preparing exceptional coffee and drinks to VanillaCo's luxury standard

Back of House:

preparing food with care, following strict allergy protocols

Team Operations:

clean-down, stock management, and setup duties as part of our service rhythm

Due to the hybrid cafe, dessert studio We are looking for a variety of contract sizes between the hours of 8:00 - 17:00 and 19:00 - 23:30. We are open to a contract that suits your lifestyle and needs.

Hours: 8-37.5 hours a week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 13.00 per hour
