We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Data Domain Lead to join our team in Slough, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the master data management function, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across our organisation.

Develop and implement master data management strategies aligned with organisational goals Lead a team of data specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management Establish and maintain data governance frameworks and policies Oversee data quality initiatives and implement data cleansing processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues Drive continuous improvement in master data management processes and tools Manage complex data integration and migration projects Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards Develop and deliver reports on master data quality and performance metrics Act as a subject matter expert for master data management across the organisation Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions


Qualifications



Knowledge of SAP ERP is essential (ideally R3) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in master data management Extensive knowledge of master data management systems, data governance frameworks, and data quality tools Proficiency in SQL, database management, and data modelling Strong understanding of business intelligence platforms and their integration with master data Demonstrated experience in managing data integration and migration projects Excellent knowledge of data governance principles and regulatory compliance in data management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels Experience with project management methodologies and tools Relevant certifications such as CDMP or MDM Institute certification are desirable Ability to travel occasionally to other UK offices as required
