Job Description

We're looking for an experienced technical operative who can manage all technical queries from customers and co-ordinate site attendance by a qualified team member. You will have excellent management skills and deputise for the Yard Manager when required.

Success Criteria

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal for effective customer and team interaction. Management and leadership skills. Timely completion of work within deadlines set. A positive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Consistent adherence to health and safety regulations, being aware of required standards and being accountable for the safety of yourself and others working around you. Maintaining accurate records of all activities, and completing administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Industry knowledge is essential and have a qualified trade.
