Job Description

Set sail with OSM Thome as a Master in Aberdeen, UK starting on the 18th of September. We're looking for an experienced leader to navigate and manage our vessel on a temporary contract from 18.09.2025 - 16.10.2025, ensuring smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Command and oversee all vessel operations + Ensure compliance with maritime laws and regulations
+ Supervise and manage the crew effectively
+ Coordinate with port authorities and external agencies
+ Maintain ship's log and other records

Requirements:

+ Valid Master Mariner's license + Extensive experience in similar positions
+ Strong leadership and decision-making skills
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
+ Knowledge of maritime safety regulations and procedures
+ UK work permit is essential
