Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine servicing, diagnostics, and warranty work for Audi vehicles, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance without supervision. Accurately analyse work orders, ensuring the correct diagnosis and work required. Maintain the highest standard of craftsmanship and work in line with the latest technical guidance. Support the Workshop Controller in scheduling, prioritizing, and supervising service work to ensure top-notch quality and efficiency. Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow technicians, sharing technical insights and helping to maintain a collaborative work environment. Actively engage in continuous learning, attending master technician-specific courses and sharing new information with your team. Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in perfect working condition, adhering to Audi and industry safety standards.

What You'll Need:

Advanced technical knowledge and experience working with Audi vehicles (or equivalent high-end cars). Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills. A proactive approach to suggesting improvements and maintaining safe and efficient work practices. A passion for customer satisfaction and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
