Summary

We are seeking a Master Technician to join our team at PG Village Garage. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing tire installation, maintenance, and repair services while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise the installation and repair of tires for various vehicle types. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Provide expert advice to customers regarding tire selection and maintenance. Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and performance. Manage inventory levels of tires and related equipment to ensure availability. Maintain a clean and organized work environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of tire products, installation techniques, and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
