Master Technician Stoke-On-Trent

  • \xc2\xa330,000 Basic - \xc2\xa340,000 OTE
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm plus alternate Saturday mornings 8:30am - 12:30pm

Due to this, they are seeking a skilled master technician to join their team and help maintain the exceptional standards their customers have come to expect.

Within this Master Technician opportunity, your duties include:
  • Ensure efficient workshop use of materials, equipment and labour resources
  • Ensure service and repairs are carried out to the highest quality standards
  • Actively retain all available business by consulting and cooperating with the reception staff, and service manager.
  • Work effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards
  • Organise the workshop by controlling job start and finishing times
  • Ensure the Workshop tools and equipment are in good working order
  • Responsible for the security of the building
  • Ensure all job cards are completed correctly
  • To liaise with all Technicians and the Manager in respect of any quality/training issues
The ideal candidate for this Master Technician opportunity will be
  • A skilled technician, ideally with some Workshop Control experience
  • Comfortable dealing with customers and explaining faults
  • Have good leadership skills.
  • Candidates must be fully qualified and experienced technicians who have worked in a Main Dealer.
