Main Purpose Of The Job:
Our client, synonymous with the motor industry in Northern Ireland since 1947 when the family run business first started a vehicle repair and taxi business. Since then, the company has become the largest family-owned motor retailer in Northern Ireland. They are seeking to appoint Qualified Master Technicians for their Car Dealerships in Belfast. The successful candidate will play a key role in advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentoring junior technicians.
Duties:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on vehicles
• Assist and mentor junior technicians within the workshop
• Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer specifications
• Conduct quality control checks and road tests as required
• Keep up to date with the latest technical bulletins and training
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to warranty procedures
• Support service advisors and workshop manager with technical queries

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) Essential
• Recognised Automotive Technical Qualification Essential (Trade Tested Motor Mechanic)
• Certified Master Technician Essential
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a qualified technician, with proven Master Technician status
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
• Experience with dealership diagnostic systems and tools
• Excellent understanding of manufacturer repair standards and procedures
• Clean Criminal Record
