West Suffolk Swimming Club (WSSC) in Suffolk, is looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated coach to come and work with the Masters squad (17yrs+) within the Club.

Water Safety: RLSS National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC) or National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
Coaching: Swim England Level 2 Teacher with Unit 4 Coaching or Swim England Coach (Level 2)
Safeguarding: Swim England recognised Safeguarding certificate
DBS check carried out prior to employment
*Funding available towards Water Safety, Coaching and Safeguarding where required
Working Hours:
Part time (up to 5 hours per week)

Culford / Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary:
17 - 19 per hour depending on qualifications and experience

About West Suffolk Swimming Club:
WSSC was formed in 1999 and is a member of Swim England (SE) Suffolk County and SE East Region. We offer a structured squad training and competition from within the club up through County, Regional and National level at both age group and Masters level. WSSC is SwimMark accredited.

The ability to plan and execute training sessions suitable for the squad
Technical knowledge as required for the level

The ability to motivate the swimmers, where required, to achieve their best
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Excellent time management skills
Objectives:
We are looking to bring in a Masters coach to cover sessions and any competitions throughout the year.
Our Masters members train for fitness and also compete up to Regional and National level (both in Masters and Senior National competitions).
Job Role:
Deliver the coaching sessions for the designated squad.
Ensure that correct records are kept including registers
Attend and support competitions as and when required (up to 4 times per year)
To represent WSSC in a professional and positive manner
