We are seeking additional enthusiastic and dedicated

Matchday Ambassadors

to enhance the experience of supporters in the Morrisons Family Main Stand at the University of Bradford Stadium during our 2025/26 EFL League 1 Campaign.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:



Matchday Ambassadors are the welcoming face of the Club, helping create a safe, friendly, and enjoyable atmosphere and match-going experience for supporters that regularly attend home games and for fans who are new to the University of Bradford Stadium.

ABOUT YOU:



Aged 18 or over. Approachable, friendly and welcoming attitude. Positive, confident and courteous personality. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Be calm under pressure, able to adapt to changing situations. Available to work Saturday home-fixtures via a rota system (approx. 4 hours). Event and/or customer service experience (desirable)

ABOUT THE ROLE:



Playing a key part in the customer experience, you will be visible, approachable and welcoming, assisting supporters with general enquiries whilst providing information about and the times and locations of family activities and activations happening in the stadium and concourse areas.

Key duties include:

Proactive in making children, families, and first-time visitors feel welcomed. Promote a family-friendly and inclusive atmosphere throughout the stadium. Help create a safe and enjoyable environment on a match day for young people. Act as an ambassador of the Club, promoting a positive image in all that you do.*
Be an active and engaged match day member of staff. Maintain a good understanding of the culture and values of the Club. Uphold the Club's standards by refraining from swearing, using offensive or derogatory language, or consuming alcohol before or during matches. Undertake any other reasonable duties, as requested by your Line Manager.

The Club is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and all staff and volunteers are required to share this commitment. This role is exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and successful applicants are not entitled to withhold information about cautions or convictions, which for other purposes are 'spent' under the provisions of the Act. The Club requires all successful applicants to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check that returns a satisfactory disclosure.
