Our match days are mainly on Saturdays with some weekday evening and Sunday matches and the typical shift day is 8-10hours depending on the game.

RESPONSIBILITIES



The role on offer is fast paced and exciting. You will be responsible for managing one of our match day retail catering or bar outlets from the minute we open to the time we lock up - having full autonomy of the unit. The role responsibilities will

Include (but not limited to):

Commit to and attend all Premier League fixtures as well as FA Cup games as needed Take initiative, responsibility and have complete ownership of a designated kiosk on match days including the following Complete all paperwork, stock counts, equipment inventory and opening and closing procedures for the shift. Brief, support and motivate staff to create a hard-working team with a common goal Oversee staff performance and appearance to ensure the company standards are upheld. Ensure all products are served to a high standard in an efficient manner and quality checks are in place Adhere to all Health & Safety policies including the club's Food Safety Management system Ensure alcohol is served responsibly and following the Club's Challenge 25 Policy Ensure that CPFC standards are upheld by being the first line of contact with guests and provide a welcoming environment to provide the best experience for the customer when they visit Selhurst Park Stadium.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS



Experience in managing a small to medium team in a similar environment is essential Knowledge of stock management; food, beverage and income generation Excellent interpersonal skills and can respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees and lead by example Ability to coordinate and organize the activities of catering personnel Engaging and easy to talk to A natural leader and strive leading a team by example Calm under pressure
