Role Overview

We are currently recruiting

Match Day Security Officers

to join our team in Nottingham. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with the public, and are passionate about ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all spectators.

As a Match Day Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the stadium or venue, working as part of a team to ensure compliance with safety procedures and providing a welcoming and professional service to fans.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out security checks at entry points, including bag searches and ticket validation. Monitor crowd behaviour to identify and resolve potential safety or security issues. Provide clear guidance and assistance to spectators, ensuring a positive match-day experience. Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or conflicts in line with company and venue procedures. Work closely with stewards, supervisors, and emergency services when required. Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the event.

Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Previous experience in event or crowd management (desirable but not essential). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with match fixtures. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
