Located just 5 minutes from Horwich Parkway, Toughsheet Community Stadium, the home of Bolton Wanderers Football Club, is a state of the art conference and exhibition centre with a difference, offering flexibility to hold meetings, events and exhibitions from 2 to 3000 plus matchdays!

We now have an exciting opportunity for friendly and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for hospitality to join our friendly and customer focused team in supporting us to deliver seamless service experiences to all guests as a Matchday and Events Chef

Duties of the role will include:

Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all areas of kitchen and food production areas in line with food safety legislation requirements. Customer focused ensuring excellent attention to detail to deliver consistent and exceptional standards of food quality and presentation. Ability to build strong relationships with all colleagues, especially the Food & Beverage team. To adhere to HACCP procedure in line with the business Food Safety Management document. Ensure all cleaning procedures adhered to within all kitchen and food production/preparation areas, opening/closing procedures/checklists. Awareness of departmental business objectives. Support with departmental performance to ensure GP targets are achieved. Ensuring waste levels monitored and effective stock rotation and recycling procedures in place and adhered to. To maintain all equipment within the catering operation through due care and diligence as instructed. Communication of any maintenance or equipment issues to Head/Sous chef or maintenance as appropriate. To carry out any other reasonable requests which would help to ensure that all guest expectations are exceeded.

Will maintain high standards of appearance, good personal hygiene and wear correct and clean chefs uniform .*
Punctual, in the kitchen ready to work at the start of shift.*
Well organised with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.*
Will be passionate about food.*
Have an eye for detail.*
Able to work well under pressure.*

Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Pay: 12.21-17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week
