The Opportunity:

Report relevant information for pre- and post-match briefings to the Processing & Fulfilment team or the Head of Hospitality and Events. Address customer concerns and enquiries courteously and professionally, and liaise closely with catering and bar staff to maintain a high standard of service throughout the event. Maintain a professional attitude at all times when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. You may be required to work in different areas of the stadium or in various suites and bars depending on business needs, and all duties should be carried out to the best of your ability. It is the responsibility of each Host to be present and punctual for their assigned hours.

Uniforms must be worn in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations and as specified in the Host Agreement. Consumption of alcohol or food while on duty is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to conduct security inspections on staff when deemed necessary.
