We're on the lookout for a skilled Manager to supervise multiple food & beverage outlets at Fratton Park. Working matchdays, you'll be ensuring the smooth running of the bars & kiosks in your area, working closely with the Retail Manager, Chefs and Kiosk Supervisors to deliver Matchdays to the fans.
Applicants must be aged 18+
Duties
- Manage and lead a team of staff members
- Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained
- Oversee food safety practices and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate food production, preparation, and presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Operating on a strict time schedule
- Ensuring your team complies with alcohol licensing rules and laws
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams
- Knowledge of culinary practices, kitchen operations, and food preparation
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting is advantageous
- Familiarity with bartending or cellar work
- Knowledge of Alcohol Licensing and Challenge 25
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Desirable Skills
Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety & Hygiene.
