The successful candidate will be required to meet the following criteria:
Relationship Management:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and facilitate on time.
Expedite materials/components to the production line as and when required to avoid disruption to production.
Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement initiatives.
Support supplier meetings to ensure demands for materials are met as and when required.
Develop and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience Levels:
GCSE level A-C, BTEC first diploma or equivalent NVQ level 2 qualification.
Previous experience of materials planning in a manufacturing environment or automotive.
Good understanding of the supply chain processes.
Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Must have knowledge and experience of using ERP/MRP system.
Knowledge and experience using finite scheduler would be most advantageous.
Knowledge of lean techniques would be advantageous.
Knowledge of DMAIC techniques would be advantageous.
In return for a 38.5 hour week, we can offer an annual salary up to 39,489.
