We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Materials Controller to work at our Southport site.

Main Purpose of the Role

Provide support across all relevant departments ensuring all core tasks are completed daily to a high level of accuracy and agreed time scales. Maintain the integrity of SAP system data, ensuring transactional traceability for all order statuses. Manage a portfolio of suppliers order management from PO placement to Receipt Liaise with Warehouse, Procurement and Customer Services to prioritise and resolve issues.

Spread Of Skills & Analysis Required

Excellent time management, organisation to ability to identify and prioritise workloads in the most efficient way., Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications & Education

GCSE Qualifications - English & Maths

Experience & Proven Ability Required

Good working knowledge of SAP. Experience of a highly pressured and responsive operational area. Good communication and negotiation skills. Good interpersonal skills. Time management and work load prioritisation skills. Strong determination to achieve targets and goals in order to achieve company objects. A Team Player. Application of the highest ethical standards in all dealings and transactions Takes ownership of problems and initiates solutions IT literate
