Job Description

TRAC is looking for a

Materials Coordinator - Equipment

to join our team in Dyce, Aberdeen. You'll play a vital role in managing the lifecycle of our plant and equipment, ensuring everything is ready to go for rapid mobilisation.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and control TRAC-owned and hired equipment: logging, monitoring, transport, maintenance, and storage Maintain equipment databases, stock control spreadsheets, and monitoring logs Purchase equipment from approved suppliers as required Keep all equipment in top condition, retested and ready for mobilisation Manage and file certificates of conformity Complete necessary equipment paperwork for job files Ensure waste materials are properly segregated and collected by approved suppliers, and submit uplift records to the HSEQ Coordinator

What We're Looking For:



Strong organisational and record-keeping skills Experience with equipment tracking or stock systems Understanding of equipment maintenance and logistics Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
