About the Role

As our Materials Handler, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, inspection, and documentation of all incoming goods. You will collaborate closely with various teams, and contribute to the efficient flow of materials through the business to ensure timely and complete order fulfilment to our customers.

What You'll be Doing

Receiving and inspecting deliveries, checking items against documentation and reporting any issues. Managing inventory levels and supporting the wider production team with stock queries. Preparing works orders by picking and collating materials accurately and efficiently. Packing and dispatching both national and international orders to ensure timely delivery. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System. Keeping the goods-in and stores area clean, organised, and running like clockwork.

What We're Looking For

A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Confident with numbers, data, and using Microsoft Office (especially Excel). A team player with great communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a stores or material handing role is a plus, but attitude matters most.

Physical Requirements

This role involves regular manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving items. Applicants must be able to perform these duties safely and effectively, with or without reasonable adjustments.
