About the Role



We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven

Materials Inventory Manager

to join our growing operations team. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, optimizing inventory turnover (ITO), and maintaining best-in-class materials management processes across our supply chain which will include multiple sites.

You will play a key part in driving inventory efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time, supporting smooth production and customer delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage all aspects of materials inventory, including receipt, storage, and distribution. Ensure high levels of

stock accuracy

through cycle counting, audits, and root cause analysis of variances. Monitor and improve

Inventory Turnover (ITO)

, identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with procurement, planning, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize space, cost, and handling efficiency. Maintain accurate records within ERP systems and generate regular reports on inventory KPIs. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and analysis. Train and develop warehouse and inventory team members on best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in materials management, inventory control, or supply chain roles. Strong understanding of

inventory metrics

, particularly

stock accuracy

and

ITO management

. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems preferably SAP. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Energetic and hands-on. Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred but not essential for the right experience and track record.
