Role Overview:




The MM&L team is responsible for ensuring Materials Management and Logistics (MM&L) activities comply to the Kirkuk Development and Production Contract (DPC). The team will baseline current practices and develop/update procedures, processes and underpinning systems.





This role will directly report to the kurkuk MM&L Senior manager and focus on the management and continuous improvement of the processes, systems and data related to material supply chain in support of Kirkuk project





What you will do:



Develop and implement Kirkuk materials materials management data and system strategy to support the business plan and implement required material control processes. Understand and conform to the requirements of Materials Management procedure and the financial control requirements. Develop supporting MM guidelines and operating procedures as required Collaborate with the Line, Finance and Procurement teams to evaluate data, control and service requirements and develop a solution to meet functional expectations. Engage with maintenance stakeholders on the identification of spare parts and other MM data elements to be captured in the system of record (ERP) to facilitate inventory control and replenishment. Manage the wells material requirements process as it applies to the inventory management. In partnership with the Line and Procurement team, establish a process for material requisition and demand fulfilment. Enable data exchange and interface with Logistics service providers to provide full visibility of material delivery status to the line. Endure the high level of quality with regards to the data integrity maintained in the ERP. Identify and monitor key performance indicators that track and communicate progress on MM performance to the stakeholders.

What you will have:



Materials Management and Logistics experience in Oil & Gas/Energy industry. Strong understanding of MM&L policies, standards, procedures, processes and systems. MM related systems knowledge and/or hands-on experience working with ERP and various reporting tools. Knowledge of data analysis, master data management and reporting. Understanding of equipment and materials employed in energy business. Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision, with great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
