Role Summary:



Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisors and working as part of Warehouse team, the job holder will be:

Responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing lines are replenished with raw material. Ensuring that all recycling is removed from the dedicated pick-up points and then sorted into the various types, Working in Goods Inwards, Satellite warehouses and storage warehouses Scanning all deliveries into Warehouse Computer System (WCS) Storing product into racking and automated cranes. Ensuring that good housekeeping practices are followed, that all goods are stored and transported in accordance with relevant Health and Safety legislation.

Key Job Responsibilities:



Accuracy when making material movements physically and electronically. Attention to detail as the work can entail the movement of heavy loads Awareness of appropriate Health and Safety legislation and how it should be applied in the workplace Good communication skills and the ability to understand complex instructions Knowledge of warehouse computer systems (ideally materials management or alternatively good computer skills). Systems training would be given. Good oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated team player. Training to use FLT and powered Pallet trucks

Working Hours:



08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday

08:00-15:30 Friday

Qualifications & Experience:



Good standard of basic education Previous warehouse experience desirable Previous FLT counterbalance license desirable
