Job Description

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Full Time Dental Nurse to join our established, friendly NHS/Private 5 surgery dental practice within Baillieston Health Centre (Glasgow East).

Need to cover maternity from January till December 2026

Requirements

:

Experienced, fully qualified and GDC registered

Cope well under pressure and work well as part of our team

Have excellent communication skills & telephone manner

Reliable with high standard of patient care

Computer literate and ideally have a working knowledge dental software

Duties

:

Setting up surgery, working chair side, mixing materials, aspirating, cleaning & sterilizing of instruments & surgery, stocking up surgery, updating patient records

Start: Negotiable

Hours: 38 per week, Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm & Friday 8.30am -2.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Glasgow G69 7AD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:

Dental Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Valid GDC registration (preferred)
Work Location: In person
