Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team to cover Maternity Leave.
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, full of energy and great ideas. We are a strong and supportive team, with staff being flexible, adaptable, and creative so we are able to provide the best possible environment for our children to thrive in.
Job Purpose:
To work with the staff team to ensure a smooth running of the Nursery at all times, and to uphold and maintain a high standard of care and education to all children.Duties & Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a flexible approach to day-to-day duties to ensure smooth running and efficiency at the setting. To work as an effective part of the team ensuring all standards are maintained, leading to a good reputation both inside and outside the Nursery. Contribute effectively to the team, maintaining a high level of communication which benefits both children and staff. Have knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the role of Ofsted. Work with all staff in such a way as to provide the high-quality care, education, attention, stimulation and support as outlined in EYFS. Facilitate a strong key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
