Around Childcare is a dedicated before and after school club located in Chapel Allerton, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality childcare, operating from 7:30 am to 9:00 am and again from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Summary

We are seeking a Maternity Cover - PreSchool Practitioner to join our team at Around Childcare. This role is vital in ensuring that our preschool children receive the highest standard of care and education during their time with us. The position will involve working closely with children, fostering their development and well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for preschool-aged children. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development. Manage daily routines, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Support children's emotional and social development through positive interactions. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.

Requirements

At least Level 3 qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare. Experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A passion for nurturing children's growth and development.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 13 months

Pay: 13.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
