About us

O'Connors Dental Surgery is a long established, dynamic, 3 surgery mixed practice in South East London. We are a friendly and supportive, family-run practice supported by a long-standing dental team.

We have provided dental care to the local community for over 50 years, mainly NHS but with increasing private opportunities.

We are looking for a part-time associate to take over a list from dentist taking maternity leave. Position is for 3.5-4 days a week ideally Tues -Friday 10am-6pm, predominantly NHS with private potential. Alternatively we could consider 2 applicants working 2 days each. Position is for 9 months initially starting form March 2026, possibly extending to a year. Possibility for permanent role after. Applicant should be a friendly and compassionate team player. You must have a NHS performer number and ideally some experience working within the NHS.

3500-4000 UDAs available per annum. Competitive UDA rate depending on experience. DRB uplift. 50% split lab bills and 50% private work.

Fully digitalised (Dentally - cloud based clinical software and Kavo digital radiographs).

Opportunity to provide additional private care and we have demand especially for cosmetic dentistry, invisalign and endodontics (special interest).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 44,855.65-80,000.00 per year
