Key Responsibilities:

Support in Lesson Delivery:

Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring a clear and engaging learning experience for students.

Individual and Group Support:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and reinforcing concepts.

Classroom Management:

Assist with classroom organization, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.

Assessment and Feedback:

Support the teacher with assessment and feedback activities, including grading assignments and providing constructive feedback to students.

Student Monitoring and Progress:

Monitor student progress, identify areas where support is needed, and communicate effectively with the teacher and other relevant staff.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the math department to create and organize learning materials and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

DBS is Essential Experience working with children in educational settings Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students and staff Background in teaching preferred Proven ability in tutoring and mentoring students Passion for fostering a supportive learning environment
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 11.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
