Job Description
At Thrive Tuition, we are seeking a
primary-level maths and English tutor
who is confident in delivering2-hour lessons
to students insmall groups of three.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of A in GCSE English and maths, be a Russell GroupUniversity student or graduate
and have a friendly/energetic approach to teaching young students. This position requires the tutor to work in-person and potentially online.Requirements
A in GCSE English, A in GCSE maths Russell Group University student or graduate EDBS checked Experience working with children Ability to commute to face-to-face lessons (Forest Gate, East London)
Responsibilities
Preparing and delivering maths and English lessons (Y1-Y6) at our centre (E7 9HZ) Tailoring your teaching style in accordance with students' needs Track and report student progression Assign weekly homework Discuss student progression with parents Mark student assessments Maintain centre: tidying, organising etc.
