We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring or teaching, with experience working with children, including those with special educational needs. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive learning environment and helping students achieve their academic goals.
Duties
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' educational development.
Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and motivation in students.
Utilise effective communication skills to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a strong understanding of educational practices.
Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
A patient and adaptable approach to teaching that caters to diverse learning abilities.
