About the Role
As a full-time Maths & Employability Tutor, you will:
Deliver
Functional Skills Maths (Entry Level to Level 2)
and
GCSE Maths
Plan and deliver engaging
employability sessions
, including CV writing, interview skills, job search, and workplace behaviours
Differentiate teaching to meet individual learner needs, including those with additional support requirements
Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and support learners to achieve qualifications
Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure learners reach their full potential

What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
Experience delivering
Functional Skills and/or GCSE Maths
Experience delivering
employability skills
or vocational/work-based learning
A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
Excellent classroom management and learner engagement skills
A supportive, inclusive, and motivating teaching approach
Experience with
young people, adults, or learners with SEND
is highly desirable.
