In this role, you will:
Teach, support and assess
learners across Functional Skills and GCSE pathways.
Design a relevant, ambitious curriculum
that meets local and regional skills needs.
Work closely with department leadership
to drive outstanding student progression.
Lead and coordinate your delivery team
, ensuring students receive clear, up-to-date course information.
Champion high standards
across teaching, learning and assessment.

Salary: 20,905 up to 22,055

You will be

Programme Director roles have two salary scale points. All candidates start at the introductory point unless specific criteria are met. Progression to the higher point is possible after completing one full academic year in the role, subject to approval. Internal applicants may be eligible but should seek clarification.
