Are you an experienced Maths teacher looking for a rewarding challenge?

We are seeking a passionate and resilient Maths Teacher to join our Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Eastleigh. This is a full-time, permanent position, starting as soon as possible or from January 2026.

About the Role:

Deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons to pupils aged 11-16 in a PRU setting. Plan, deliver, and assess learning that supports students working at a variety of ability levels. Work closely with a dedicated team of staff to promote positive outcomes for learners. Play a key role in supporting students to re-engage with education and achieve their potential.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential). Strong subject knowledge in Maths. Proven experience working with young people who present with challenging behaviour. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. Resilient, patient, and able to build positive relationships with pupils.

Pay: 30,000.00-48,000.00 per year
