Teach South are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Maths Teacher
to join a supportive
SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
alternative provision from
October half term
.
You will be teaching
KS3 and KS4 Maths
to small groups of students in a setting designed to support young people with additional social, emotional, or behavioural needs. The school has a nurturing ethos, a strong pastoral focus, and a collaborative staff team.
Key Details:
Full-time teaching role starting after October half term
Permanent or fixed-term contract available (until end of academic year)
Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
Supportive team and excellent professional development opportunities
Open to teachers from both
mainstream and specialist settings
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
Confident teaching Maths up to GCSE level
Empathetic, patient, and resilient approach to working with students with SEMH needs
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
