An Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' school in East London are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Maths Teacher to join its teaching staff from September 2025. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential to contribute to Key Stage 5 depending on experience and subject expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver well-structured and effective Mathematics lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student body
Contribute to the ongoing development of the department's curriculum and assessment practices
Monitor pupil progress and provide timely feedback in line with school policies
Take an active role in the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and school events
The successful candidate will:
Hold
PGCE/QTS
(or equivalent) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject
Have good experience teaching Maths at secondary level
Demonstrate a secure understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements
Be committed to supporting pupils of all abilities to achieve strong outcomes
Potentially offer a second teachable subject (e.g. Physics or Computer Science)
